Important: When your request is confirmed, all profile data, chats, uploaded media, and account information will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
How it works
- Submit the form below with your account details.
- Our team verifies your identity using the information provided.
- Once confirmed, we permanently delete your profile, photos, voice/video intros, chat history, matches, and account record from our systems.
- You'll receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete (typically within a few business days).
Prefer to delete in-app? Open Habesha Hearts → Settings → Delete Account for instant, self-service deletion while signed in.
